Shipping policy

Order preparation

Orders are prepared at the VERITAS headquarters in Lisbon within 1 to 3 working days after payment has been confirmed. When the order is dispatched, the customer receives an email with the tracking number.

Books

Books are sent by CTT, with tracking, in a cardboard box. Shipping charges depend on the destination and the weight of the order and are calculated automatically at checkout before payment.

Annual Catalogue Subscription

Catalogues are dispatched as they are published. Shipping charges for the entire year are paid in a single payment at the time of purchase:

Collection at our headquarters

At checkout, you may choose free collection at Avenida Elias Garcia, 157 A/B, in Lisbon. We will notify you by email when your order is ready. Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00.

Shipping outside the European Union

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges levied by the authorities or carrier in the destination country. These charges are not included in the price or shipping charges and are payable by the customer.

Delivery issues

•     Please check that the address is complete. An order returned because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected may incur additional charges for redelivery.

•     If the packaging arrives damaged, report this to the delivery carrier and contact us at info@veritas.art, preferably with photographs.

•     If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery time, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
